Nanny Information
Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming a part of The Happy Nanny team. We are dedicated to finding nannies with a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a professional demeanor, exceptional driving record, legally able to work in the United States, ability to properly engage children, and most of all have a passion for working with children and their families.
Every nanny is required to go through an extensive screening process including: an in-depth application, submission of a resume, a phone interview, a face-to-face interview, back ground check (local and nationwide) Sex Offender check, must be CPR & First Aid certified, and have solid references.
note: additional screening may be required by the family
We are currently looking for applicants with a college degree in Early Childhood Development or a related field and/or current college students with similar majors.
If you do not fit our qualifications and are unable to complete our in-depth screening process, please do not proceed!
